The hotel had clean and comfortable rooms, conveniently equipped with a safe, fridge, and hair dryer, perfect for business travels. The staff was a mix of accommodating and helpful, though not initially so upon arrival. The location was excellent, within walking distance of downtown Minneapolis and various cultural attractions. The dining experience offered a real breakfast, starting promptly at 6am, but lacked options for raw fish enthusiasts.

The hotel offers clean and comfy rooms with a good gym but lacks water bottles in all rooms. The service is a bit inconsistent, with special care upon arrival but poor customer service overall. The location is convenient with easy access to downtown activities though congested elevators and tight fit for large vehicles. The dining experience is average with limited breakfast options unless staying in club level. The hotel has well-maintained facilities, ensuring an enjoyable stay.

The hotel rooms felt like we were at a sketchy Super 8 Motel, with a view and free breakfast which were good. However, the price seemed high for the level of service received; no cleaning or replenishment of toiletries on the third day. The location was very good, but the service was mixed with friendly and accommodating staff, despite some issues such as not reaching back after contact and being scolded for not booking directly. The dining experience was fair, with repetitive menu options and limited variety for a higher charge.

The hotel's rooms are very outdated, with electrical devices that seemed to malfunction, even after maintenance attempted to fix them. On the bright side, I enjoyed the included breakfast and appreciated the helpful tips provided along with it.

I had a lovely stay at the hotel with a clean and comfortable room and very friendly service. The only downside was the dining experience, which was a bit disappointing. The location was nice and convenient for my needs.
